I recently bought a stunning Maserati Quattroporte S from Pegasus Motors. Overall the team is a friendly bunch of guys who are really passionate about cars (and the classic Top Gear, which is a plus). I met with Max, Anton and Eugene, who took care of me all through the sales process. I need to thank Eugene, in particular, who really went the extra mile during presales, having work done to the car to make it look and function even more amazingly and assisting me through the payment process. I bought the car on the 20th of May and waited before writing this review to make sure that the experience living with it everyday was positive. I must say that it runs really smooth and is a pleasure to drive; I haven't noticed any issues with it, except a chip in the windscreen which I should have noticed before buying. After the sale, Eugene kept the promises he made (to send me all the documents and invoices of the work done and some replacement wheel caps). A professional to be trusted and a good fella. I will surely go to them in the future for the discounted servicing that they offer every customer and certainly to catch up with Eugene and Anton. I don't think I will ever tire of this car, but I'm sure I will consider Pegasus Motors for my future used car purchase.

Great service. Went and viewed (and bought) a car here a month ago and did not feel pressured into buying. Was informed from the get-go that there might be a delay in taking the vehicle as the previous owner wanted the plates back and they were waiting for new ones. Eugene was very communicative and made me feel confident that they would look after the plate change and he even organised for me to take the car early as I really needed it. Sure enough, he checked the DVLA system every day and notified me as soon as the plates were ready to swap. Very friendly service, they deliver and every one of the vehicles comes with warranty. I agreed upon a sale price before arrival over the phone. I bought the car on 28/05/21 with ‘full service history' as advertised on the autotrader advert. Travelled 4 hours to get to Pegasus motors. Signed all the paper work and was told I need to hold on for 30 minutes whilst the air con is regassed. 4 hours later they come in and tell me apparently they aren't capable of doing it and that they need to take the car to a different local garage who are more capable to re-gas the air con. It's the simplest of jobs that they couldn't manage so I wouldn't expect the services and repairs they do are any better. After getting the car home, I had a ring round the garages that supposedly had the service history on the vehicle. The first garage had no recollection of the car whatsoever. The second garage knew the old owner personally and could vouch that he'd ‘looked after' the car whilst in his ownership. The car was sold in early 2017. The service was due in late 2017 so obviously they had not done the service as the car had been sold on. So from 2015-2021 there is no service history on the vehicle. ‘Full service history' apparently. But that's not where the con ends. I felt at ease with the information I was receiving as there was a huge sign in the reception saying they are part of the good garage scheme. I contacted the good garage scheme to complain only for them to tell me Pegasus motors haven't been apart of the good garage scheme ‘for many years.' So first misled on the service history, then misled by the sign claiming they are part of the good garage scheme. I had called the garage to ask for a full refund under the consumer rights act 2015 using the 30 day short term right to reject legislation, this was 3 days ago. They said they needed it in writing via email that I am rejecting the vehicle. I sent this email in and have had zero response from them since. I have now had to get trading standards, citizens advice bureau and my bank involved in the situation. I would of given a more favourable review had they been amicable and responded to my legal request to reject the vehicle straight away however they have done nothing but bat my emails to the side which is not good enough. So one day further on after numerous phone calls to them they've finally replied and accepted fault and asked me to return the vehicle if I still want to. But only to a charge of £50 per day and £100 for another owner on the logbook totalling £500. Cowboys. Consumer rights act 2015 clearly states I have the right to reject a vehicle if it's is not a described within 30 days for a FULL refund. If I had changed my mind about the vehicle then charges are warranted. But since I'm rejecting due to the goods not being as described which was their own fault, I'm entitled to a full refund. After I rejected this they've started trying to barter. Said they'd rang the director and they'd be happy to charge me £400 not £500. Which again I rejected as I'm due a full refund. Then what about a full tank of diesel? I rejected. Then ‘well if we find the service history you can't reject it.' That doesn't fill me with much confidence. After the lack of competence and the deceit from start to finish, when they say ‘I'm sure we can find it,' what I believe they actually mean is ‘I'm sure we can make it up.' I wouldn't trust this garage to borrow 50p off me anymore. I wasn't rude on the phone, I offered as much as I possibly could, the offer was rejected so I stopped the salesman from further discussion so as not to waste my time or his.. the salesman sounded like he was stoned or on some sort of opiate pain medication that was impairing his speech. Why was the air con not checked the day before? Where is your proof of service history then? Citizens advice have also said consumer rights supersedes your terms and conditions so I'm due a full refund. BANK HAS TAKEN THIS OVER FOR ME THANK GOD. COULDNT DEAL WITH ANYMORE INCOMPETENCE MYSELF.

Pegasus motors are happy to keep my £23,000 even though I never even got to drive the van! I purchased a Mercedes Sprinter from this garage. I went to view the van and paid a deposit to secure my purchase and there were 3/4 items that needed to be addressed before collection and final payment (ie radio not working etc) . I returned a couple of weeks later when the work was complete (so I thought). Whilst I was completing payment in the office they went to collect the van from its overflow parking . I got into the van to discover that they had not done the jobs! So I had to leave it there ! I explained to Max that I was going away for the whole of June and was unable to collect it for a few weeks. He said that was fine and he would do the jobs and look after it! SADLY I NEVER got the van because it was stolen from their secure parking ! I had no insurance because I had not yet taken possession let alone driven it! They refused to claim on their insurance. They also gave me no compensation for my loss. They have my £23,000 and I have NOTHING!

Bought a car from the dealer 7month ago,car having problem to change gears, the mechanic at the dealer's office told me it's the clutch so I book an appointment to have it change hours later the manager called MAX told me to pick up my car that there is nothing wrong with it. I went to another mechanic workshop he said the samething that I need to change the clutch. So I did, now the car is fine . I could not believe that the manager did that because he has got a lot of car that need to repaired for sale by the mechanic.i will never buy from all this type of stupid dealers, i will go for a well known dealer that have standards and name to protect.

Bought and Audi A8 from These guys at a very good price and to be very honest an impeccable car. I asked to have the car delivered to a mechanic of my choosing for a inspection and Max had no problem doing this for me so bought the car on the spot. The pre and after services are formidable and would highly recommend. I had 2-3 minor thing need looking at they quickly fixed everything without hesitating. I normally I'm very fussy when leaving reviews but these guys actually deserve it. And Andrei is also an amazing customer service guy. Keep up the good work guys!

I bought a Mercedes E Class from these guys. Not a new one though a 2008. Pretty much one of the cheapest cars they had as their other cars are some real beauties. Excellent service from start to finish! I only paid £3500 for it bit was treated no different to if I had just about one for £35K. Great selection of cars and all pre serviced. Non pushy staff and and when I mentioned the discs were a it worn on the front I was told if i wanted to wait an hour they he would get a new set of front discs delivered and would change them for me. I would highly recommend Pegasus Motors!!

Recently competed the purchase of a C Class 180 Mercedes Benz Estate from Pegasus Motors Enfield and I can only describe the whole experience of dealing with Pegasus and Max (sales representative) as professional, smooth and customer focused. I arranged to have the car initially inspected by RAC. Max was fully accommodating and ensured RAC had all the necessary access to the vehicle and information to support the inspection. The feedback from the RAC inspection was positive, where upon Max and I had a brief but mutually beneficial negotiation on pricing and the deal was done. I went to pick up the car a couple of days later where a minimal number of requests made by me had been completed and to a standard that exceeded my expectation. I came away with the opinion that Pegasus had "pushed the boat out" to ensure I was completely satisfied with the buying experience. I hope they continue to maintain this standard with future customers, as I believe new and repeat business is all about establishing a good reputation through customer feedback. The car drives very well and I believe I have come away with an excellent car with a good previous history. This is my experience only and potential vehicle buyers may want to consider Pegasus Motors in their search for a car.

Worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. Traded in a Mercedes C200 for a BMW 530i and have hadnothing but problems. I don't believe they carry out any safety checks whatsoever before selling a vehicle, just a wash down and get them out the door! Windscreen washer motor wasn't working on purchase, so I took the car back and it was fixed by a very helpful gentleman. Battery then died within a week of me having the vehicle and I was told that this was a consumable and not covered by the warranty, despite me voicing my concerns on purchase and being reassured that I had a warranty, so not to worry. I dealt with Max moving forward, who was rude on the telephone, hasn't responded to my emails and sold my traded in vehicle, completely disregarding my request to return his vehicle and take mine back. He has also now told me there is a £75 fee to pay for each warranty claim, which was never communicated before purchase. The issue still isn't resolved and the car is very soon due an MOT 😑

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! I bought a Porsche Cayenne from these guys 4 weeks ago and I have had nothing buy trouble from both the car and the company! Due to my location I was unable to go view the vehicle myself, I was sent a video of the car which looking back now I am glad of as it clearly shows two of the problems I am listing for the court case. Apparently it is not against your consumer rights to sell a vehicle that is not road legal! This is from the companies solicitor (which itself is quite disturbing, must get a lot of complaints!) who thinks that by quoting statements from the CAB website will deter me. So in brief, faulty headlights, coolant leak, hand brake fault, main brakes and sensors, faulty sat/nav radio, faulty tyre pressure sensor which have all failed within 2 weeks are down to wear and tear! This despite there assurances that their machanic had checked the car when it came in! I have given them plenty of time and opportunity's to take the car back, but guess what? Yes they are refusing. So it's off to court we go. I will update barring the result!

Purchased a car two weeks ago, paid for it on a card and as part of the purchase I was told 3 months warranty was included along with 12 months breakdown cover . After two calls nothing has come back to me no warranty details , no recovery details in fact even a phone call which was supposed to be returned hasn't been for three days . So my question is do they really give what they say they do in terms of warranty and recovery ? Or is it just a blag .
